Estimated quantity production

1. Basic information:

The following information is necessary and should be created before creating the Estimated Quantity Production: (if not available before, it can be created during the selection of the corresponding item)

• Salesperson

• Estimated Sale

• Item

• Customer

2. Steps to follow:

Step 1: Access the function of creating new Estimated Year Production Output on the system by following the link: Home page => Selling => Estimated quantity production => Add Estimated quantity production:

Step 2: Enter the general informations of the Estimated Quantity Production (Fields marked with * are required fields):

• Email User: Default to the logined user

• Full name User: Autofill system after filling in the Email user

• Company:

• Department:

• Team:

• Salesperson:

• Create Date:

• Estimated sales version: Select the Estimated sales version that has the same period as the Estimated year Production output

• Estimated Month:

• Estimated year:

• Currency: If the currency is a foreign currency, enter the exchange rate

• Trạng thái (Status): After creating, the salesperson changes the document status to the status of waiting for the department manager to approve it (If the document status is not changed, after saving the document only in draft status, the department manager cannot approve it)

Step 3: Click on "Add row" to add one line => Click on "Edit" to Enter details of the Estimated Quantity Production

Step 4: Enter details of the Estimated Quantity Production

• Customer

• Shipper

• Product code

• Base Product Type

• UOM

• Customer code

• Packaging code

• Pallet code

• Packaging name

• Pallet name

• Qty

• Rate

Step 5: Enter information of "Note" if any

Step 6: Click on "Save" to save the genarated Estimated Quantity Production
