Selling planning process:

Create Selling Plan is the first step in the process
The Selling plan is made for 1 year, by department; The manager allocates sales to each salesperson in the department based on the total sales assigned;
1. Basic information:
The following information is necessary and should be created before creating the Selling plan: (if not available before, it can be created during the selection of the corresponding item):
Department
Salesperson user
2. Steps to follow:
Step 1: Access the function of creating new Sellling Plan on the system by following the link: Home page => Selling => Selling plan => Add Selling plan


Step 2: Enter the general informations of the Selling Plan (Fields marked with * are required fields):

Email User:
Company:
Department:
Department Target Sales:
Create Date:
Estimatd Year:
Currency:
Step 3: Enter the list of sales allocated to each salesperson
Click on "Add row" to add one line => Enter the salesperson and sales allocated to each salesperson

Email sales:
Target Sales:
Full name sales: Autofill system after filling in the Email sales
Step 4: Enter information of "Note" if any

Step 5: Click on "Save" to save the genarated Selling Plan
